PROGRAM GUIDELINES

​Program Guidelines

  • Grants are offered until funds are depleted for the budgeted school year.

  • Once funds are depleted, no further grant requests will be considered.

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Bella Vista PTA Teacher Grant Committee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • You may be asked to provide additional information to support your request.

  • Grants may be used for materials, programs and projects that enhance the education of students.

  • These may include curricular and extracurricular opportunities.

  • Maximum amount of grant is $500 per application.

 

Program Restrictions

  • Grants do not cover celebrations, gifts and gift cards.

  • Expenses that should be covered under the school budget or your PTA budget are not eligible.

  • Grants that benefit only a small number of students are not eligible.

  • After-school clubs funded under a separate budget line item are not eligible.

  • All monies for which you cannot account are to be returned to the Bella Vista PTA.

  • All materials bought with PTA funds are considered to be property of Bella Vista. They must remain at the school if the requester should ever leave.

  • Applicant has to be a Bella Vista PTA Member.
